My Uncle Mort is the person who took you aside one day and said;

"Son, I believe in you. If you ever have a great idea for a business, or if want to buy a franchise someday, you just let me know. I'd love to help you out, and loan you the money to do it." I'm serious."

Uncle Mort actually does have the money. Heck, he's a small business owner, himself. (Which would be why he has the money to loan you. Duh.) 

So, you've decided to take Uncle Mort up on his little offer. This could get interesting.
